As a Media and Design Coordinator for this role I was actively involved in planning and designing promotional material for the conference which promotes self-discovery and growth, and aims to empower leadership among McMaster students and high school delegates. I conceptualized creative marketing tools for the particular annual theme and coordinated with various sponsorship, volunteer logistics, and print teams to ensure conference success. Additionally, I trained team members in Adobe video and photo editing software and was responsible for capturing photos and producing video throughout the weekend to highlight the essence of the conference. Furthermore, I managed social media channels to ensure consistent engagement in the event.
